Our Associate Client Advisor Program is backed by our training provider, BPP, who will provide expert insurance training and support alongside an apprenticeship qualification which includes the Cert CII certification and a Level 3 Insurance Practitioner qualification.
The role: Associate Client Advisor / Apprentice Insurance Advisor
* We recruit for potential and not necessarily industry experience; we are seeking individuals who aspire to be leading contributors to our business and who can embrace the opportunity to complete our apprenticeship funded training programme and attain chartered insurance qualifications.

* As an Associate Client Advisor in one of our energetic customer-focused teams, and once you have received initial training and support, you will be responsible for servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients. This can involve managing renewals, invoicing, producing new quotes, upselling/cross-selling additional products, whilst handling any additional queries that are presented.
* Our enterprise businesses operate from modern, fit-for-future offices with easy access via car or public transport routes.
* This is a permanent, full-time role.
* You will commence your employment on our 18-month apprenticeship programme, and upon completion, you will be a Client Advisor.

We will count on you to:
* Provide excellent client service on all aspects of account management to our clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
* Speak with clients daily via telephony and email platforms.
* Utilise insurance broking systems daily.
* Manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable products and solutions to mitigate their risks.
* Ensure timely completion of all set tasks, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
* Demonstrate adaptability skills when required to support colleagues in completing business-critical tasks.
* Develop meaningful working relationships with our insurer partners through regular contact and liaison to better serve our clients.
* Through training, coaching, and mentoring, gain a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance offered to clients and stay updated on new technical and product developments.
What you need to have:
* Previous experience within a client/customer-facing role, gained from similar roles or environments such as retail, hospitality, food & beverage, etc.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Right to Work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided).
* Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grades 9-4 (including English & Math).
* Good attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
* Ability to work independently.
