Dream Medical are currently seeking to recruit a diagnostic Radiographer to join a friendly team in a busy Imaging Department on a full or part‑time permanent basis within a contemporary Private Hospital.
Responsibilities
* Perform general and fluoroscopy radiological procedures in both Imaging and in the operating theatre in accordance with departmental protocols and Ionising Radiation (Medical exposure) Regulations.
* Assist Consultant Radiologists for a range of radiological and ultrasound procedures.
* Participate on a weekday and weekend on‑call rota to ensure cover for Saturday theatre cases and the occasional Bank holiday.
* Work closely with staff and patients, demonstrating professional and sensitive attitude at all levels.
Qualifications
* Qualified Radiographer with a BSc degree in diagnostic radiography or an equivalent qualification to meet HCPC registration.
* Postgraduate experience and/or qualification in mammography, CT scanning, or other areas of specialism is advantageous but not essential; CPD training will be offered.
* Flexible approach to shift patterns, including 8 am starts and evening shifts.
