Senior Healthcare Support Worker (KWG229875)
Location: Aberdeen Secondary Care Hubs / Aberdeen Community Secondary Care Hub (Ambulatory Care)
Hours: 37‑hour post to be worked over 2 days.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide basic observations, phlebotomy and urinalysis for secondary care patients in the community.
* Plan and carry out day‑to‑day running of the Hub with remote support from the established team.
* Manage own workload, prioritise tasks, and work well under pressure in a high‑volume environment.
* Work lone when required and maintain safe work practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Access to a car and driving licence; ready to travel to various hubs.
* Experience in venepuncture is advantageous; full training will be provided.
* Experience with lone working and managing own workload is advantageous.
* Motivated, trustworthy, communicative, and aware of own limitations.
