The Role
As an Accounts Assistant, youll:
* Process supplier invoices and manage invoice exceptions
* Reconcile supplier statements and monitor credit terms
* Produce payment runs and accurately allocate payments
* Liaise with stations, suppliers and operational teams to resolve queries
* Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold our core values
About You
* 4+ years experience in an accounting team (freight forwarding experience preferred)
* Strong numerical skills (high GCSE/A-Level Math) and knowledge of foreign currencies
* Confident with Microsoft Office; Cargowise experience an advantage
* Full UK drivers licence, own vehicle, and within commuting distance of Heathrow
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset
* Organised, proactive, and able xsngvjr to meet multiple deadlines
