An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join our expanding organisation. The Linbury Doctors offer a personalised Private GP service which allows our patients to have continuity of care in their own home.
We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our hardworking, friendly team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing sales and purchase ledger transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles and excellent organisational skills to support the overall financial health of the organisation.
Main responsibilities
* Process sales and purchase ledger transactions using Xero accounting software.
* Credit control
* Bank and direct debit system reconciliations
* Respond to financial inquiries from colleagues and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
Experience
* Proven experience in a financial administration role or similar position is essential.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience of using Xero accounting software
* Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey financial information.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.50 per hour
