5. Oversee cash management, FX planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
6. Manage statutory accounts, tax filings, audits, and ensure compliance with global deadlines.
7. Conduct balance sheet reviews, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
8. Maintain key external relationships (auditors, advisers, banks, insurers).
9. Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and growth.
10. Partner with operations to deliver financial support and promote collaboration.
11. Review investment cases and contracts to assess financial viability.
12. Enhance ERP systems and reporting tools for better performance insights.
13. Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
14. Lead finance-related aspects of critical business projects.
15. Support the Board with ad hoc financial tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Finance should have:
