Wilson Brook is partnering with the UK subsidiary of an established international group operating within premium interior products. The business manufactures and markets high-quality decorative and surface solutions, supplying both retail and trade channels across the UK.
Backed by a long-standing European parent with significant manufacturing capability and brand heritage, the UK operation is entering an ambitious growth phase. With a clear multi-year plan to scale distribution, increase market share and strengthen brand presence, this is a pivotal appointment.

The Opportunity
The Head of Sales will take full responsibility for the UK commercial agenda across retail, trade and e-commerce channels.
The business already has strong foundations: established national retail listings, growing online performance, respected premium brands and a committed UK team. The next phase is about acceleration — unlocking new distribution, professionalising the sales structure and building a high-performance culture.
This is a leadership role for someone who combines strategy with execution.
You will:
Define and implement a clear UK sales strategy aligned to group objectives
Lead and develop both internal and external sales teams
Take ownership of national and key account relationships
Drive new distribution across builders’ merchants, decorator centres and DIY retail
Strengthen trade channel penetration and brand positioning
Manage commercial negotiations, pricing and margin delivery
Build robust forecasting, KPI and performance frameworks
Act as a senior voice within the UK leadership team

Ideal Background

You will likely bring:
Experience leading both field and office-based sales teams
A track record of managing national accounts and key accounts
Exposure to multiple channels including trade merchanting, DIY retail and professional trade
Evidence of delivering measurable growth across revenue, margin, existing & new accounts, ideally with a challenger brand
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
The ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on
This role requires presence and credibility — someone comfortable engaging at senior stakeholder level internally and externally.
