Valmas Group Ltd is looking for a driven and creative Graduate / Junior Marketing Executive to support the continued growth of our market leading brands, X Rocker and XR Living. X Rocker is a global leader in interactive gaming furniture, whilst XR Living blends the same innovative technology with contemporary home design. This role will focus on promoting our products, communicating their unique benefits and accelerating growth across our digital channels and social platforms
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and social channels
* Create engaging content for social media, email marketing and website updates
* Grow and manage our social media following through consistent posting, audience engagement and trend awareness
* Clearly communicate product features, benefits and differentiators through compelling messaging and visuals
* Assist with product launches, promotions and marketing initiatives
* Monitor campaign and social performance, producing regular reports and insights
* Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities
* Collaborate with sales, product and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
Skills & Experience
* Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Interest in digital marketing and social media trends
* Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement
* Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
* Creative mindset with attention to detail
* Experience managing social media accounts (personal, academic or professional)
* Familiarity with marketing tools such as social schedulers, email platforms or analytics tools
* Basic design or video editing skills
* Work or placement experience in marketing or a related field
* Experience with Affiliate management / TikTok Shop
* Comfortable being in front of camera
* Interest in furniture and gaming
* Experience of SEO and copywriting

Hours
* 40 hours per week with flexible start times:
* 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
* 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
* 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
* (All shifts include a 30-minute lunch break.)
