The Box Workplace Services team are the keepers, coordinators, and day-to-day managers of these spaces, consisting of thoughtful, collaborative leaders all around the world. Box is seeking a friendly, motivated, fun, and well-rounded individual to join our London Workplace Services team. This person will be in charge of the front desk and facilities management of the Box London office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, thoughtful, and communicative all while keeping a calm, “can do” attitude and anticipating potential future issues. You have a deep interest in helping others while looking to ace your core responsibilities and take on projects that move Box (and your career!) forward. WHAT YOU'LL DO Must have the ability to support front desk operations and manage WPS and Communities and Impact functions and responsibilities Manage day-to-day facilities operations Cross functional role supporting different departments and EMEA office hubs. Manage WPS budgets and programs (i.e., food programs, office supplies, etc.) Vendor set up and management Provide a high level of customer service Office space planning, desk allocation, and moves Uphold building and Box global security protocols Serve as the Emergency Coordinator for the London Office in close partnership with Box's Physical Security and Business Continuity teams Manage office health and safety compliance requirements Act as a culture builder by supporting the broader Community and Impact team on projects and events – including planning, coordinating, and executing Onsite work from Box London Office, from Monday to Friday WHO YOU ARE Bachelor's degree in facility management, business administration or relevant field Minimum 3 years’ experience, ideally with a combination of office/facilities management, administrative work, and event planning Self-starter, highly organized, flexible, and solution driven A "roll up your sleeves" and get things done attitude - no task too big or too small! A proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines and projects Experience in tech is preferred (but not required) Systems knowledge will be a nice to have: Coupa, Office Space, Building Management Systems BENEFITS Box Benefits package includes pension, medical and dental coverage.
