Your new role
- Leading and mentoring site engineers and section engineers.- Preparing and reviewing work packages and management plans.- Monitoring contractual requirements and maintaining accurate records.- Managing subcontractor and supplier relationships.- Ensuring compliance with H&S and CDM regulations.- Conducting site meetings, daily briefings, and maintaining site diaries.- Delivering work to specification and assisting with project close-out reports.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role within the highways sector.- Strong understanding of H&S/CDM legislation and NEC contracts.- Ability to manage a site or section of a larger project effectively.- SMSTS certification and First Aid at Work.- Full UK driving licence
