Title: Estate Operative Location: Diffrent locations around London £13 p/h About the Role We are looking for a reliable and proactive Estate Operative to join our team in London. You will play a vital role in ensuring the estate is clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents, visitors, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Carry out cleaning of communal areas, including entrances, corridors, lifts, and outdoor spaces. Undertake minor repairs and report maintenance issues promptly. Monitor health and safety standards across the estate. Assist residents and provide excellent customer service. Support waste management, including bin store upkeep and rubbish collection. Carry out regular estate inspections and report hazards or concerns. Work effectively with colleagues, contractors, and management to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. About You Previous experience in a similar role (cleaning, caretaking, or facilities/estate management) is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently. Good understanding of health and safety practices.
