About Us
We’re expanding our team and looking for a reliable Assistant Showroom Manager to support our Lansbury showroom.
* Leadership and operational support
Showroom & Sales
* Deliver excellent customer service to trade & retail customers
* Help customers with bathroom design, product selection & quotations
* Drive sales and support branch targets
* Build strong relationships with customers, installers & suppliers
* Manage enquiries, orders, and aftersales support
Management Support
* Support the Branch Manager with daily operations
* Supervise and motivate staff in the manager’s absence
* Assist with training and development
* Maintain high standards of showroom presentation & merchandising
Operations & Admin
* Process orders accurately and efficiently
* Handle basic cashing-up, invoicing & admin tasks
* Ensure compliance with company procedures & health & safety
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a bathroom showroom, interiors, or similar environment
* Strong customer service and sales skills
* Confident, friendly, and professional communication
* Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Leadership potential with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
Working Hours
* Monday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
* Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
* Wednesday: Day off
* Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
* Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
* Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
