A respected and specialist family law firm with a strong presence across the South East is looking to appoint a Senior Family Solicitor to join its established team in Henley-on-Thames. This is a key hire offering the opportunity to handle high-quality private family law work while playing a central role in the development and leadership of the local team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will manage a varied and complex caseload of privately funded family law matters, while also contributing to business development and supporting more junior colleagues. Work will include:
* Divorce and financial remedy proceedings, including high-net-worth cases
* Private children matters, including relocation and parental responsibility disputes
* Pre- and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation issues
* Domestic abuse and urgent applications
* Mediation and other forms of non-court dispute resolution (where appropriate)

The Ideal Candidate:
* A qualified Family Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE (more senior applicants also encouraged)

* Commercially aware and comfortable contributing to business development initiatives
