Responsibilities
* Identify organisations who could be a good fit with relevant roles
* Reach out to decision makers (emails / cold calling)
* Arrange meetings in person to discuss opportunities (employers have no recruitment fees to pay)
* Discuss reasonable adjustments for your clients
* Coordinate work trials, interviews and placements
* Support participants through job searching, CV writing and interview preparation (approximately 8×1.5‑hour meetings per week)
* Track activity and outcomes to meet caseload targets
Qualifications
* Preferred experience in sales or working with learning disability or autism clients
* No prior sales experience required (full training and support provided)
* Must have a valid driving licence and access to a car (mileage and parking are paid)
* No home working – community based in cafés, libraries and community centres with one day per week in the charity's Stockport office for admin and team support
