We're on the hunt for a Restaurant Supervisor who's ready to grow with us and lead our front-of-house team with energy, confidence, and heart.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
* Being the go-to person during busy food service times – from lunch rushes to weekend evenings
* Working closely with the kitchen team to support the rollout of our growing food menu
* Training and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Handling bookings, table management, and guest feedback with professionalism
* Opening/closing duties and helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous hospitality experience – ideally in a pub or casual dining setting
* A natural leader who enjoys being on the floor and setting the pace
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
* A genuine passion for great service, great drinks, and now, great food
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy holiday periods
