Key Responsibilities
* Promoting independence, emotional regulation, and a sense of safety
* Supporting the development of routines and engagement in wellbeing activities/therapies
* Assisting with building and maintaining social connections
* Providing organisational and administrative support
* Supporting with cooking, baking, meal preparation, and nutrition
* Light domestic duties (cleaning, laundry, general household tasks)
* Prompting and occasional light personal care
* Supporting relationships with family and friends
* Assisting with care of a pet dog and turtle
* Supporting access to the community, including attending appointments
About You
* Kind, patient, and understanding with a neuroaffirmative approach
* A good communicator with strong engagement skills
* Reliable, honest, and flexible
* Organised and able to use initiative when required
* Genuine passion for supporting others
Essential Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Comfortable supporting use of mobility aids (e.g. wheelchair or scooter)
* Willing to undertake a DBS check (cost covered)
