Main duties of the job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with extensive orthopaedic theatre experience to become a key member of our multidisciplinary team. This role is perfect for someone aiming to advance their perioperative career or seeking a new challenge in a supportive environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical experience within the orthopaedic speciality and undertake various perioperative roles including:
* Scrub Practitioner
* Circulating Person
* Escort Person
All responsibilities will be performed within the scope of the post holder's qualifications and registration. The post holder will act as a role model and mentor, supporting junior staff and students through training, supervision, and professional development activities.
