The Role
To manage a portfolio of management and professional instructions and develop long-term relationships with Private Estate clients, contributing to the Department's business plan, bringing in new clients and initiatives.
* Manage a portfolio of management and professional instructions, developing relationships with Private Estate clients.
* Handle instructions and report regularly to clients and responsible partners.
* Demonstrate knowledge of the rural marketplace and competition.
* Project manage the delivery of client projects within the local team, ensuring requirements are met on time.
* Lead in the Private Estates team, ensuring efficient service delivery, conducting research, and communicating outcomes.
* Manage, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver high-quality, profitable work.
About you
* Qualified in rural practice with extensive post-qualification experience.
* Specialist in managing rural estates for Private clients.
* Strong intellect and leadership skills.
* Excellent relationship-building abilities.
* Creative, innovative, and cooperative.
* Potential for personal growth.
