Paralegal - Motor Injury– DWF
Location: Liverpool, England, United Kingdom
Responsibilities
* Assist fee earners on a case load of Motor Fast Track litigated files
* Deal with incoming post and filling in to the case management system, in order to pro‑actively manage a case load
* Provide advice to clients on liability and quantum, procedural updates and reserves
* Review and gather medical reports and records for injury claims where appropriate
Essential Qualifications
* Proven experience managing litigation RTA injury claims.
* Previous experience handling/working on claims in a legal environment.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks while working to strict deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to quickly and carefully analyse files and sensitive data.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications
* Familiarity with process and case management systems used in personal injury litigation is highly desirable.
* Previous experience working with the Visual Files case management system.
* Demonstrable knowledge of the importance and use of Management Information.
