Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of pupils with SEN. * Provide 1:1 and small group support, ensuring progress in both academic and personal development. * Implement and monitor EHCP targets and use assessment data to track pupil progress. * Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes engagement and emotional wellbeing. Essential Qualifications & Skills: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) – experience in SEN settings preferred. * Strong knowledge of SEN strategies, differentiation, and behaviour management. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach to teaching and learning.
