We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Scottish business. The Project Manager will be responsible for the full delivery from pre construction through to handover, initially aligned with a new build school project just East of Glasgow Location : Glasgow, Scotland Contract : Full Time, Permanent What will you be responsible for? As Project Manager you will oversee the project, rsponsible for all Health and Safety, Quality and performance against programme and project budget. Your day to day will include: Oversee the day to day management and leadership of assigned project working activities and effectively manage performance of H&S, the works team, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the programme requirements. Manage and monitor subcontractor performance ensuring compliance with the programme demands and collate updates from the site team to inform monthly reports which track adherence against programme and commercial targets. Ensure works on site comply with Kier's health and safety policy and the relevant construction phase plan. Review working activities daily / weekly or as required to ensure they comply with the CPHS plan, inform the project manager of any changes which might need to be incorporated in the monthly update to CPHS plan or as required. Act as Kier ambassador with internal and external stakeholders, chairing meetings What are we looking for?
