Product Marketing Manager
(London – Hybrid, 3 days per week)
The Business
Digitech are exclusively partnered with a high-growth AI SaaS start-up operating at global scale. The company has recently launched a state-of-the-art AI-driven platform and is in a strong expansion phase, growing steadily over the past 18 months across engineering, sales and customer success. Headquartered in London, they operate on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in the office) and are now looking to bring in their first dedicated Product-Led Growth hire.
The Role
You will be responsible for owning the entire customer journey — from first touch to activation and continued engagement. This is a founding-level go-to-market position focused on product growth, positioning, and user activation. You’ll be the in-house specialist for growth, product marketing, experimentation and scaling adoption.
Responsibilities
1. Own and optimise the full growth funnel (awareness → activation → retention)
2. Design and run experiments to increase onboarding, engagement and adoption
3. Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with B2B buyers
