Job Description
Provide emotional and practical support and guidance to children and families in the local community. Support families to make positive changes in line with their own goals. Use a strengths-based approach to build trust, resilience, and reduce barriers to wider community engagement.
Demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organization.

Requirements
This role involves regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The successful candidate will need to join or update their PVG Scheme membership. If you have spent 3 or more months outside the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check is required. The offer of employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of these checks.
The minimum requirement includes one reference, which must be your current or most recent employer.
