The Role
Join a busy Property Litigation team, working alongside partners and senior lawyers on landlord and tenant disputes, service charge claims, possession proceedings, and boundary or development disputes. Responsibilities include:
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Preparing court and tribunal bundles
* Conducting legal research
* Liaising with clients, witnesses, and counsel
From day one, you'll manage case files, meet deadlines, and gain exposure to complex, high-value property litigation. Ambitious individuals can progress to a trainee solicitor role within 12-18 months.
