Year 3 Teacher – Summer Term- Southampton New Forest Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school to recruit a Year 3 Teacher for the summer term. This is a full-responsibility role, with planning, teaching and assessment duties, and is paid to scale in line with experience. The school is Ofsted rated Good and is known for its positive ethos, strong leadership team and commitment to staff development. You will be joining a collaborative team that places children’s learning and wellbeing at the heart of everything they do. The successful candidate will: Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3 Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) Be confident taking on full classroom responsibility Demonstrate strong behaviour management and a clear understanding of the KS2 curriculum Be committed, adaptable and enthusiastic about making a positive impact While the school is ideally seeking an experienced teacher, ECTs will be considered and are encouraged to apply.
