16-19 Evidence Mobilisation Manager Central London (with hybrid working - a minimum of one full day per week in the office) The Organisation The Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) is an independent charity dedicated to breaking the link between family income and educational achievement. We do this by supporting schools, colleges, and nurseries to improve teaching and learning through better use of evidence. We generate research evidence on effective practice in supporting learning outcomes and narrowing the socioeconomic attainment gap, and we work with education professionals to ensure this evidence is applied to achieve the maximum possible benefit for children and young people. The EEFs reach and impact have been tremendous: the English education system is now one of the most evidence-informed in the world. Over half of state primary and secondary schools have taken part in an EEF-funded trial, and 70% of all school leaders use the Teaching and Learning Toolkit to inform their decision-making. We are now looking for a 16-19 Evidence Mobilisation Manager to join us on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week, including breaks, for a fixed-term contract until August 2027. Secondments will also be considered. The Role As our 1619 Evidence Mobilisation Manager, you will lead the development and day-to-day management of our Evidence Partnership for 1619 year olds. Working with the National Delivery Manager and the wider Evidence Mobilisation team, you will ensure effective project management, governance and quality assurance across the Partnership. Specifically, youll oversee annual planning and monitoring processes, manage grant agreements and financial processes, and co-ordinate training, partnership meetings and multi-day in-person events. You will also co-ordinate links with other mobilisation networks, support the production of blogs and case studies to exemplify practice, and contribute to the medium- and long-term development of EEFs 1619 networks. Additionally, you will: - Support Evidence Partner College planning, review and quality assurance - Co-ordinate governance processes and manage grant and financial arrangements - Facilitate collaboration between the Evidence Partnership and other EEF networks - Manage future membership recruitment and selection processes - Engage 1619 stakeholders to inform the ongoing development of mobilisation strategy About You To be considered as our 16-19 Evidence Mobilisation Manager, you will need: - Experience working in a 16-19 setting or in another role directly related to the 16-19 sector - Successful project management experience, developing and delivering complex initiatives - Experience managing effective relationships with partners and external stakeholders - A good understanding of the 16-19 education landscape - An understanding of issues related to socio-economic inequality in education and skills - Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills - Good analytical skills - A willingness to travel regularly and occasionally stay overnight Applications close : 10/03/2026 (23:59 GMT) First stage interviews : 19/03/26 Second stage interviews : 26/03/26 All EEF staff are subject to a check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
