Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex Cyber and Tech E&O claims proactively, resolving coverage issues early.
* Present clear claims information to clients and insurers and address queries promptly.
* Ensure timely insurer payments and escalate concerns where necessary.
* Build strong relationships with clients, experts, and underwriters.
* Support broking and finance teams with accurate claims data and smooth payment processes.
* Stay up to date with market developments and manage workload efficiently.
