As a Recruitment Manager, your role will focus on: · Driving revenue growth by ensuring your team meets billing targets · Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of experienced recruitment consultants, helping them achieve both individual and team goals · Building strong relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and growth · Optimising and implementing new billing strategies to improve efficiency and performance · Focusing on personal and team growth, taking charge of development opportunities and clear career progression We're looking for a Recruitment Manager who: · Has at least 2 years of experience in a recruitment management or recruitment billing role · Has a proven track record of leading teams and achieving revenue goals · Is results-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment · Has strong communication and leadership skills · Is ready to scale and grow their career as much as they want, with the support and resources to succeed · Has experience working to targets, deadlines, and service agreements Ready to take the next step?
