Now we're looking for a Senior Account Development Director to accelerate our growth across 60+ NHS accounts and beyond. This isn't a "farm the base" role. It's about spotting opportunities others miss, engaging C-level decision makers, and landing high-value, high-impact deals that change the way NHS organisations work, and patients experience care.
The Role
* Expand our presence across Trusts, ICBs and ICSs and the wider healthcare ecosystem.
* Build relationships with senior decision-makers and influence digital strategy.
* Research the sector's challenges and priorities to create tailored solutions.
* Upsell and cross-sell our modular digital platform to multiple departments.
* Craft business cases that prove measurable ROI and resonate with NHS leaders.
* Leverage reference sites and champions within accounts to open new doors.
* Own the full sales cycle: from cradle to grave.
Who You Are

* Crushed it in software sales and have the numbers to prove it.
* Your career focus and passion has been selling into the NHS at D/C-level.
* You're a pro at navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
* You take full ownership of your pipeline, outreach, and bids - no excuses, no handholding
* You can tell a story that moves executives to act and negotiate outcomes that stick.
