Job Description:
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant needed by Whitehall Resources for a six-month fixed-term contract in Warwick. The role involves working within a global HRIS transformation program, delivering payroll solutions across multiple countries. Responsibilities include implementing, integrating, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and maintaining efficient payroll processing.
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation and configuration
* SAP certification in EC and/or ECP
* Strong understanding of schemas, PCRs, payroll control records, and wage types
* Experience with EC–ECP integration, preferably using SAP BTP middleware
* Support experience for pre- and post-payroll processes
* Stakeholder engagement skills and vendor management experience
Preferred qualities:
