The role: Supporting children with special education needs such as ADHD, Autism or Dyslexia. Comfortable working on a 1:1 basis with the students, following their care plans to help them access all aspects of their education. Work together with teachers and support staff to create a well-rounded and inclusive learning space for everyone. Job Requirements: Experience working with children, especially those with special educational needs (SEN). Passionate about children's development, patient, and adaptable. Strong communication and teamwork skills. An understanding of safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
