Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring lessons are delivered according to set plans.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a calm and productive learning environment.
* Support pupils in completing assigned work and promote positive engagement in all activities.
* Report on pupil progress and behaviour to relevant teaching staff.
* Assist with general school duties when required, contributing to the wider school community.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
* Previous experience working with young people in a school or similar setting is desirable but not essential.
* A calm, confident and professional manner, with the ability to handle challenging situations positively.
* Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths; degree or A-Level qualifications advantageous.
* A genuine passion for education and helping young people reach their full potential.
