Job Title: Regulatory Change Project Manager

Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regulatory Change Project Manager to join a high-impact transformation programme within a leading, well-established organisation in the financial services sector (client confidential). This role will be instrumental in delivering regulatory remediation and compliance-driven change projects, working across multiple business areas in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of complex regulatory change and remediation programmes
* Engage with senior stakeholders to define project objectives, governance structures, and delivery plans
* Ensure regulatory requirements are understood, implemented, and monitored effectively
* Oversee project planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management processes
* Collaborate across legal, compliance, technology, and operational teams to deliver key outcomes
* Ensure alignment with internal and external audit, assurance, and governance standards
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience delivering regulatory change, compliance or risk remediation projects
* Strong project governance and stakeholder management skills in regulated environments
* Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery frameworks
* Solid understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, risk controls, and change governance
* Recognised project management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Scrum) are desirable
* Financial services or insurance background is a strong advantage
