Location: Field-based, covering the North of England & Scotland

We are representing a global leader in premium medical devices - a business renowned for its innovation, product quality, and strong partnerships with clinicians, hospitals, and healthcare providers worldwide. Their diverse portfolio includes cutting-edge surgical solutions, digital technologies, and regenerative products that are improving patient outcomes across multiple medical disciplines.

This is a rare opportunity to join the UK senior sales leadership team, managing a high-performing regional team and driving commercial growth across an established territory.


The Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll lead and develop a team of Territory and Key Account Managers, delivering the region’s sales goals while building strategic relationships with key healthcare customers. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Education, Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure alignment and deliver outstanding customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead, coach, and mentor your sales team to deliver and exceed regional sales targets.
* Identify and nurture key customer relationships to position the business as the first-choice partner in the region.
* Analyse market trends, buying patterns, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
* Support your team in high-value opportunities, proposals, and negotiations.
* Drive cross-selling and lead generation for the wider group portfolio.
* Ensure compliance with sales processes, legal practices, and quality standards.
* Manage budgets and optimise the cost-effectiveness of sales activities.


About You

* Experienced commercial leader with a proven track record in sales management.
* Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
* Confident, engaging communicator with a powerful presentation style.
* Experience in medical devices, life sciences, or related healthcare sectors is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with digital products or solutions is a plus.
* Flexible, adaptable, and able to inspire others to deliver results.
