As we continue to grow, we’re looking for that special someone to be our next Senior Digital Marketing Executive/Manager. Reporting to our UK Marketing Manager, you’ll be the catalyst to our digital growth engine.
This pivotal role will be at the heart of driving digital lead generation, optimising our online presence, and scaling our paid advertising efforts. Working with a talented team of marketing professionals, the Senior Digital Marketing Executive will be data-driven, diligent in detail, and always ready to turn clicks into conversions.

Northampton (UK) | £35,000–£40,000 full-time + performance-based bonuses

The role
We’ve just launched a shiny new website and we’re ready to put it to work. This is where you come in.
You’ll be the person turning visitors into leads and leads into loyal fans, running paid campaigns, tweaking pages to perform better, building multi-channel nurture flows, and making sure our digital presence actually does something useful (like, you know, drive revenue).
You’ll report into our Marketing Manager and work closely with the rest of the marketing team and our sales team to make the digital stuff sing.
What you’ll be doing
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
* Execute Paid Media Campaigns : Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn to drive qualified leads and conversions.
* Enhance Website Performance : Collaborate with the team to implement SEO and CRO strategies to boost organic traffic and user engagement.
* Develop Multi-Channel Lead Nurture Workflows : Utilise tools like HubSpot to create and manage automated lead nurturing campaigns across email, and other digital channels.
* Monitor and Report on Campaign Performance : Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate on Content Creation : Work with designers and content creators to produce compelling landing pages, emails, and digital assets that align with campaign objectives.
* Stay Updated with Digital Marketing Trends : Continuously research and apply the latest digital marketing tools and best practices to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
You’ll have support when you need it and space to own the work when you don’t.

* You have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on SEO, paid advertising, and conversion rate optimisation .
* You thrive in a data-driven environment and can translate analytics into actionable insights.
* You’re a creative problem-solver with a strong understanding of web optimisation.
* You’re passionate about driving results and can manage multiple digital channels simultaneously.
* You enjoy working in a collaborative team, but you’re also self-motivated and able to take ownership of digital initiatives.
* You have excellent attention to detail and are excited to bring your digital expertise to a growing SaaS business.

Interview Process
* Initial call (30 mins) via Google Meet with the Marketing Manager.
* 1st stage competency-based interview (1 hour) via Google Meet with the Marketing Manager and CGO.
* Final in-person interview (30 minutes) at the Postworks office with the Marketing Manager, CGO, and CEO.
Our average process takes around 2-3 weeks, but we will always work around your availability.
