We are now seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary General Manager to lead our passionate team and drive Miradora’s continued success as one of London’s most exciting rooftop destinations.
This is more than just a leadership role — it’s your opportunity to shape the spirit, culture, and future of a standout venue in the capital.
If you’re a confident leader with a deep love for hospitality, bold flavors, and high standards, Miradora could be the perfect next step in your career.
About the Role:
As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the venue’s operations, guest experience, team performance, and financial success. You will be the face of the brand on site — inspiring your team, delighting guests, and delivering a memorable, high-energy experience every day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations with a hands-on, proactive approach.
* Drive team culture, performance, and development through strong leadership and mentoring.
* Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service aligned with brand values.
* Oversee financial performance including budgets, P&L management, and cost control.
* Maintain rigorous health & safety, food safety, and licensing compliance.
* Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Continuously seek ways to innovate, elevate the offering, and grow the business.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a senior management role within hospitality (rooftop, premium dining, or high-volume venue experience a strong plus).
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
* Strong financial acumen and a strategic mindset.
* A passion for hospitality, Mexican cuisine, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
