Job Description Purpose
Support the bank’s decision-making processes by providing timely, accurate, and insightful information through designing, developing, and maintaining management reports and dashboards that communicate key performance indicators and trends across various business units.
Accountabilities
* Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools.
* Implement automated report generation processes to improve efficiency and timeliness.
* Identify and analyze business requirements to define report content and format.
* Update existing reports and dashboards to reflect changing business needs, coordinating template releases and related administrative tasks.
* Develop robust processes and controls for collating input data and seeking signoffs as required.
* Engage with stakeholders to ensure up‑to‑date data is incorporated into reporting.

* Collaborate closely with other functions and business divisions.

Key Skills (Required)
* Executive‑level cyber reporting and narrative ownership.
* Ability to shape clear, well‑written, decision‑ready cyber updates for senior audiences.
* Experience synthesising complex inputs into a single, compelling narrative.
* Cross‑business reporting coordination and organisation.
* Strong organisational capability to manage SME inputs, track dependencies, and ensure completeness and consistency.
* High‑quality written output under pressure.
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
Desirable Skills (Preferred)
* Knowledge of cyber risk and control concepts, and ability to sense‑check inputs and strengthen risk articulation.
* Data literacy and reporting improvement capability, focusing on enhancing reporting quality and efficiency.
* Senior stakeholder engagement and influence, building credibility with CISO, MD, CIO, COO, and technology leadership.
