We are now looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our Independent Living team, someone who shares our commitment and motivation to make a difference. Ideally you will have experience of working with older people and understand their needs.
Responsibilities
With constantly changing priorities you will be self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision and able to demonstrate a proven track record of dealing with customers, ideally in a social housing environment. In a busy and challenging environment, you will provide a range of housing support services that enable residents to remain living independently in their homes; and will link with local services to prevent social isolation and promote health and wellbeing.
Qualifications
* Experience of working with older people and understanding their needs (preferred).
* Ability to deal with customers and provide a high level of service, ideally in a social housing environment.
* Excellent communication skills and good IT skills.
