We're looking for a Digital Construction Coordinator to join our Southern Water AMP8 Framework team based in Falmer with flexible working options.
Location: Falmer
Hours: 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our Information Management team, supporting the Southern Water AMP8 Framework. This role offers the chance to be part of major infrastructure delivery, working within an ISO 19650-aligned BIM and information management environment. You'll support the coordination and control of digital construction information across multiple projects, collaborating closely with project delivery, MEICA, commissioning, supply chain, and design teams from mobilisation through to handover.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Digital Construction Coordinator, you’ll work within the Information Management Team, supporting them in delivering effective digital construction coordination across our projects. Your day-to-day will include:
* Implementing and managing digital field management systems across the framework.
* Coordinating project information workflows between the framework CDE and digital field management systems.
* Providing onboarding, training and ongoing support to project teams and supply‑chain partners.
* Supporting commissioning and handover activities through the coordination of process areas, inspections and project information.
* Carrying out regular site visits across the Southern region to provide operational support.
What are we looking for?
This role of Digital Construction Coordinator is great for you if:
* You have experience within construction, engineering, BIM, information management or digital delivery environments.
* You’re comfortable working with 2D drawings, 3D models and digital project information.
* You have strong digital capability and confidence using multiple systems and platforms such as Dalux.
* You possess good organisational, planning and communication skills.
* You are interested in digital innovation, continuous improvement and enhancing user experience across projects.
