A government body is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Senior Leadership team.
Based in the Catford area, SE London. This is a contract role for initially 24 weeks from approximately 22nd September and paying £31.36 per hour, less deductions for insurance, taxes and umbrella company charges (PAYE £24.35 per hour). The closing date is Friday 19th September.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted partner and advisor to Executive Director
* Drive and champion the priorities and policy objectives
* Develop strong relationships with senior officers and colleagues across the organisation
* Co-ordinate and oversee key corporate activity, and implement efficient, organised and user-friendly processes
Qualifications
To be suitable for this role you must be an experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant with first class administration, time management, organisation, communication and ICT skills.
The ideal candidate will also have experience in Adult Social Care & health, plus knowledge of the CQC inspection process, however, this is not essential.
