The home has 43 private rooms all with en-suite WC, or full en-suite facilities.There are a number of comfortable lounges and dining rooms, all of which are well-appointed and offer the opportunity for residents to comfortably socialise. The home benefits from landscaped grounds including patios and courtyard spaces for residents to enjoy.There is onsite parking for visiting family and friends, and the centre of Beith’s high street, with all its amenities, is a short walk. Duties will include but not limited to: Ensure the highest levels of care are maintained bysupporting and assisting our residents, when required, for their personal care with washing, toileting, dressing, undressing, as well as all other aspects of their daily living. Liaise with trained nurses and home manager Motivate, guide andsupport others to develop Keep accurate records that are up to date and reflect the current needs of the residents Safely administering and recording of medication. Supervise and co-ordinate staff to ensure optimumindividual and team performance as well as carry out 1:1 supervision meetings. Communicate regularly with families to ensure residents needs are met.
