An established and growing business in the digital sector is seeking a commercially minded and data-driven eCommerce Marketing Manager to help drive growth, optimise user journeys, and increase customer retention. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end website performance, leading strategic initiatives to enhance conversion rates, boost revenue, and implement a robust affiliate marketing program.
THE ECOMMERCE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:
1. Use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar) to assess user behaviour, optimise funnels, and shape strategic decisions.
2. Identify and improve underperforming website areas using customer insights and performance analytics.
3. Own the optimisation of digital sales funnels and continuously monitor performance metrics.
