The school and role
This well-regarded, inclusive Additional Learning Needs school in Merthyr Tydfil is looking to appoint a caring and proactive Support Worker on a full time and part-time basis. You’ll be working closely with a small number of pupils with a range of complex needs, helping them to access learning and build independence in a supportive environment.
Requirements
The desired Support Worker will have:
1. Experience supporting children or young people with Additional Learning Needs.
2. A patient and nurturing approach.
3. A commitment to promoting independence and inclusion.
4. The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
5. Comfortable supporting personal care needs.
