Freelance Sports Bra Fitter (Events)
Location: Primarily Birmingham NEC; events nationwide as we grow
Contract: Freelance, ad-hoc (mostly weekends; occasional Fridays for set‑up; some longer weekday shows)
Pay: £15 hourly rate

What you’ll do
* Fit with empathy: Deliver friendly, professional 1:1 fittings with excellent bedside manner – able to read the room, handle sensitive conversations, and make every guest feel comfortable and respected.
* Educate & empower: Explain support levels, sizing, and MAAREE’s Overband® Technology clearly and confidently.
* People‑first sales: Recommend honestly, guide choices, and convert interest into happy customers – because a great fit sells itself.
* Event excellence: Welcome attendees, manage queues, keep areas tidy, support set‑up/breakdown, merchandising, stock counts, and basic POS.
* Team spirit: Jump in wherever needed and keep the energy high.
* Capture insights: Record sizes/notes accurately and handle data appropriately.
Optional add‑on (for extra hours)
* Virtual Fitting Specialist (remote): Weekly virtual appointments and occasional last‑minute cover for others. Great if you’d like additional hours. (Not required.)

* Detail‑driven & practical – comfortable standing for long periods and with light manual handling.
* Weekend‑available – and happy to travel to NEC (plus occasional nationwide events).
Great to have (we’ll train you)
* Prior bra fitting or lingerie/sports retail experience.
* Background or interest in sport, exercise science, physiotherapy, biomechanics, women’s health, or customer‑facing roles.
* Confidence with basic tech (calendars, tablets, POS).
Practical bits
* You must have the right to work in the UK and be able to invoice as a freelancer.
* Event hours vary; weekends are standard, with occasional Fridays and some longer weekday shows.
* Dress code: MAAREE event kit (provided) + comfortable footwear.
