Overview
A great opportunity has come to market for a Maintenance Manager to join a company that consistently invests in its site, equipment, and engineering infrastructure, ensuring engineers can work with reliable machinery and modern systems. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing a team of over 20 + years in a busy manufacturing plant. The Maintenance Manager will be involved in providing leadership and technical support across the engineering functions including reliability, improvements, PPMs, CMMS, projects etc.
Required Qualifications
* Experience in managing engineers in a manufacturing environment
* Mechanical engineering experience
* Engineering qualification
* Experience working within a manufacturing environment
* Experience with Reliability, Improvements, CMMS, Health and Safety
Desirable Qualifications
* Previous experience working as a Maintenance Manager in the UK
* Experience with FMCG or Food Manufacturing
