The SoHo & Business in Retail sub-function is at the heart of driving and increasing market share across the Sole Traders and Small Limited Companies segment for Vodafone Business.
The Sales Manager- SoHo Sales & Business in Retail is responsible for defining the overall estate plan for SoHo customers. This leader will set direction, generate commitment with partners and the Business in Retail (BiR) team to support Vodafone’s performance and enhance customer experience. By balancing tasks and people, the Manager will drive breakthrough results that benefit both customers and Vodafone.
As the SoHo Outsource Partner Manager, you will lead a team responsible for the performance, development, and strategic alignment of all outsourced partners supporting Vodafone’s SoHo segment. You will be responsible for delivering partner performance across the Vodafone portfolio including mobile acquisition, mobile retention and our non-mobile portfolio. The role requires a highly motivated leader and team player who can design, launch and support a plan to accelerate and scale the growth of our business with our partners. This is a key and strategic role that requires a balance of strategy, sales and business acumen.
Expertise working in a fast paced, cross-functional manner with Demand Generation, Go-To-Market, Commercial, Performance teams, legal, marketing and operations to drive the shaping of the delivery of a diverse range of initiatives, which will drive the business forward and impact Vodafone UK’s performance.
Stakeholder management is a key part of the role and you will be expected to implement and measure sales action plans, and share success at ELT trading meetings.
You will be instrumental in expanding our network and enhancing our offerings through strategic partnerships. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in partnership management, exceptional negotiation skills, and a keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities into successful collaborations.
