We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Hours, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
* Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and emails
* Maintain office supplies and inventory
* Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate calendars
* Provide administrative support to staff members
* Assist with sales functions and logistics
Skills:
* Strong administrative and organizational skills
* Proficient in computerized systems and software, including Google Suite and Microsoft
Office
* Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
* Familiarity with CRM systems and other business operations software is a plus
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Professional phone etiquette
