HR Business Partner - People Experience, will play a key role in the College-wide transformation at RCSEd that focuses on ensuring HR is fully aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives and values. It will be responsible for shaping and leading the College’s approach to employee development, engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and culture. The role will work collaboratively to enhance the overall employee experience, ensuring the College is a values-led, engaging and rewarding place to work.
This role will play a direct strategic role in shaping the organisations employee experience and capability and will work with a significant level of autonomy in developing and executing people strategies that will have a long-term impact on employee experience. The post holder will act as a cultural ambassador across the College, remodelling behaviours and influencing leaders to prioritise inclusion, wellbeing, and positive employee experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to contribute to a progressive business where people are at the heart of what they do. Post holder should hold a Degree in HR or business related field, or equivalent experience with demonstrable experience in strategic HR role, leading HR change programmes across business functions and delivering measurable outcomes.
Post holder should have a deep understanding of learning and development theory, practices and programme design and delivery along with deep understanding of engagement theory, wellbeing models, and inclusive practice. Needs to have working knowledge of organisational development, internal communication, change psychology, awareness and experience of using key people metrics / workforce data and ability to draw insights from feedback and survey data, to inform decision-making and drive business improvements.
This post will have formal line management responsibilities with reporting of an HR Advisor.
