Job Responsibilities
* Promote physical and emotional support to our service users.
* Provide person‑centred care in line with an individuals care plan.
* Offer personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
* Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid and food intake, activities and incidents.
* Promote dignity, choice and inclusion.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
* Maintain a safe, happy and caring environment.

Support Worker – Days at Market Lodge, Market St, Ledbury, HR8 2AQ. Salary: £12.82 per hour. Hours: 36‑hour contract. Shift times: 07:45 – 20:15 (including alternating weekends).
