This will involve handling incoming calls, accurate completionof paperwork including post, supporting the SHE Teamwith meeting organisation. Reporting to the HSSEQ Support Manager, the role will be responsible for the management of all administrative systems relating to the function, including implementation and management of the online system. The role will be the central point of contact for the function and responsible for updating policies, procedures and supporting the wider organisation with risk assessment, safe systems of work and accurate data keeping and reporting. General administration for the function Co-ordination of meetings, taking and circulating minutes Raising POs Implementation and ongoing management of SHE online management system Gatekeeper for accident/incident reporting with timely advancement of reports Upkeep of legal register Management of data and development of key reports Ensuring all documents relating to the function are up date and circulated (policies, risk assessments, SSW, etc) Key point of contact for the SHE function and timely advancement of queries Support with the development and implementation of systems relating to the function Administration of systemsand projects relating to the function What youll need: Strong administration skills Strong IT skills In depth knowledge of online management systems including system configurations and front end user interface. Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft applications, Word, Excel, Outlook etc. Excellent written skills Health and Safety experience Risk management/risk assessment knowledge. Desirable NEBOSH General Certificate Experience writing risk assessments and SSW Technical knowledge of equipment/tools Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy Decade to Deliver.
